The essay analyses Covid-19 workers’ vaccinations in the Italian, Spanish, French, and US legal frameworks. By using the function of cultural orientation of comparative method, the work highlights that in Southern-Europe workers’ vaccination may be mandated by the legislator with the aim to promote collective health. By the contrary the US system, centred on the freedom of economic initiative, allows employer-mandated vaccinations in lack of specific legislation.
